Such good news, after living in the USA for the past 27 year’s
Watching the process, going from needing a medical license but no dispensaries. Looking for growers while it was still illegal to trade.
Then came the dispensaries but only for medical licensed patients.
Finally recreational marijuana was also available to buy at all dispensaries in Colorado.

High there. How do I apply?

Apply for what? This is only an idea and the Eastern Cape government scoring political brownie points. They are nowhere near building the college! You need to join The Green Network and get up to speed if you want to enter the Cannabis business, 1000s of people have been doing this for many years!
