Green Network Terms & Conditions
When joining the Green Network you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership of The Green Network at Fields of Green for ALL is only available to people over the age of 18. By signing up for membership you confirm that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, that you will maintain the accuracy of such information and you are at least 18 years old.
By becoming a member you will be asked to choose a password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all activities within your account. You will not use your account, username or password for any malicious purposes. You will not disclose your password to any third party or do anything else that might jeopardise the security of your account. You will notify us [email protected] immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any breach of security and understand that we reserve the right to take legal action against individuals who misuse memberships on The Green Network.
Donations are R49 per month or a discounted annual fee of R495.
The Green Network Membership aims to promote interaction between members as we all work together towards a common goal. By becoming a member you agree to uphold the integrity of the organisation by making sure that your posts within the website take into account the nature of our organisation and do not enter into any discussion regarding the procurement of, or trade in, the Cannabis plant. We reserve the right to delete any accounts or content provided by members that we deem to be in contravention of the current laws prohibiting the use of, or trade in, the Cannabis plant in South Africa.
Fields of Green for ALL will have access to your membership information and agrees not to use, display or share your information without your prior consent. We agree to promptly delete all membership data relating to any member who de-authorises, leaves or otherwise disassociates from The Green Network Membership, or upon request by the member giving 30 days notice. We do not store personal copies of any membership data and all information is hosted securely by third party service providers.
By displaying or publishing (“posting”) any content on or through The Green Network Membership, you hereby grant Fields of Green for ALL a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, publish, reproduce, distribute, list information, edit, translate, and make derivative works of such content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed for use solely in connection with Fields of Green for ALL.
You are solely responsible for the content that you share or post via The Green Network and any material or interactions with other members. Fields of Green for ALL is a medium for discussion and content and is not reviewed by moderators prior to posting. Therefore views and comments of members do not necessarily reflect the opinions and policies of the organisation or other members. Fields of Green for ALL makes no guarantees of the accuracy and reliability of content, material or information that you transmit to, or receive from other members. Please use The Green Network responsibly as your interaction with other members will be your sole responsibility. We cannot be held liable for your actions or the actions of other members, nor the communication between yourself and other members.
All exclusive membership content, names, logos, branding, images, articles and resources remain the property of Fields of Green for ALL; unless prior written consent has been given. All original content received from members will remain their property, although it may be used by Fields of Green for ALL for any purpose.
You are responsible for paying all Green Network Membership fees in a timely manner with a valid payment method. You authorise Fields of Green for ALL to charge your credit card, debit card or financial institution for all membership fees. When you provide a payment method to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment method. You also authorise us to collect and store it, along with other related transaction information.
It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for service related purposes, to you via email or, written or hard copy notice, or through posting of such notice on our website. We may use your email address to send messages, such as updates, user communications, newsletters or changes to our features. If you do not want to receive email messages, you may unsubscribe.
Our website contains links to various third party websites. Every effort is made to select our links carefully, we however do not take any responsibility for the content of linked websites, or for the privacy policies of those websites. Since we do not control these websites, we encourage you to review their privacy policies prior to use.
