This is near the top of our frequently asked questions since the historic Constitutional Court judgement last week. It is also a subject that has sparked intense interest during our presentations on the road with our Desired Outcomes Tour.

The Constitutional Court has ordered the government to decriminalise the use and cultivation of Cannabis within private spaces but NOT the trade in Cannabis within these spaces. So let’s see how we can work around this and still be within the confines of the law. This will have to be a very carefully planned exercise while the government pontificates about what the new laws will look like. Creativity has always been our strong point, we get that from our use of our favourite plant!

There are many things to consider when setting up something private. All prospective “club” members and administrators would do well to do their homework so that each and every club can operate with integrity and be exemplary ambassadors for our culture.

Here at Fields of Green for ALL we have been doing our research on this subject for many years. This is one of our favourite models and we visited several clubs when we were in Barcelona, Spain in 2015.
