The NDMP is the South African government’s official position on substance abuse and addiction. Included in this document are alcohol and prescription drugs.
It’s a long winded, unchanging view from the days of the old guard, and is not a particularly friendly document to us. It does have it’s merits though by bringing the problems associated with alcohol to the fore.
