May 2014: Our first pre trial conference with the State at Schindlers offices, Johannesburg. It is obvious the State is nowhere near ready for this challenge so a postponement of the March 2015 High Court trial date is probable.

Two very important items to arise from the agenda:

1. The State has made video evidence admissible which potentially saves hundreds of thousands of rand in air flights for expert witnesses to appear.
2. The trial will be a media event – streamed live to the world for the duration of the High Court trial (maybe 10 days at this stage)
