is there going to be any new developments regarding cannabis in SA this year as its June and we still know nothing about what the constitutional court has or will decide?

We wish we knew! It has been an unusually long wait for the Con Court decision but there is nothing we can do about it. Not even our legal team knows what is up. We have been keeping in touch with everyone via social media and our blogs and working very hard at our “Outcomes”. Are you ready for legalisation? It’s very important that everyone knows what they want, so use your time wisely while we wait: https://fieldsofgreenforall.org.za/desired-outcomes/
      Looking forward to your comments!

Unfortunately there are no rules for a deadline for the Constitutional Court to give its judgement. We are all waiting in the dark!

Is there any news on when the trial will resume now that the ConCourt decision has been handed down?
