The MCC’s proposed medical cannabis growing guidelines were under the spotlight at a meeting between the government, the Rastafari and Traditional Healers in Pretoria. After a day of discussion, the proposals were rejected outright and a combined document of these rejections was compiled as a reply to the MCC.
